The round-trip energy efficiency of the electricity (Qatar) - Liquid H2 - electricity (Germany) is ~15.5%.  Boil off LH2 is 1%/day.

The H2 storage system must be situated close to the LH2 regasification terminal otherwise, the efficiency will be reduced by transportation losses. Let's assume that a part of boil off LH2 was used to power the LH2 tanker (...and the rest was flared).
